Icelandic securities ltd. is a specialized asset management firm located in Akureyri, Iceland. It was established in April 1987 and manages segregated accounts along with UCIT and non-UCIT funds.
As of 30 September 2008 the company had 90 billion ISK under management on behalf of its clients, ranging from individuals to institutional investors such as pension funds and insurance companies.
The company employs 20 individuals of whom 7 are legalized stock brokers according to Icelandic laws. The company is owned by pension funds, saving banks and part of the employees.
